This PRP therapy treatment reduces the risk of immunological reactions or contamination. PRP obtained from whole blood, consists essentially of platelets and other blood components such as plasma and vitamins and minerals. Basically between 8 and 24ml of your blood is collected in a tube. The tube is centrifuged (spun) and the essential platelet rich plasma is isolated. Direct injections accelerate tissue regeneration and repair.

Blood is collected from you in 1 to 2 specially designed tubes which are then centrifuged for 5 – 10 minutes.
During centrifugation, platelet rich plasma is isolated from other unrequired cells within the blood.
Depending on the indication, it can be applied as:

- Deeper injections using a type of blunt needle called a cannula

Once you are sufficiently numbed for about 20-30 minutes, the platelet rich plasma is then transferred into a syringe and Dr Ali Araghi will inject using the following procedure:
Using a very thin needle, the growth factors are injected into the clitoris and into the upper vagina. No don’t worry, this all sounds very scary, however due to the numbing anaesthetic cream you will feel minimal to no pain.
